Description

El cofundador Ben Bell completó dos temporadas completas de elaboración en Nanbu Bijin en Japón antes de fundar Origami Sake en Hot Springs, Arkansas. El maestro cervecero consultor Satoshi Tamakawa de Nanbu Bijin visita la instalación seis meses al año. El pozo de la cervecería extrae agua del acuífero de las montañas Ouachita, naturalmente equilibrada en minerales. El Yamadanishiki cultivado localmente en Arkansas se fermenta con levadura 701. White Lotus es un junmai nigori: sin filtrar con sedimento de arroz en suspensión, ofrece una textura cremosa con notas dulces de coco, manzana y piña, realzadas por una acidez cítrica fresca. Medalla de plata, Sommeliers Choice Awards 2024.

The color is slightly cloudy without transparency. The aroma is floral, and the moment it touches your lips, it has a gentle, smooth mouthfeel. Alongside the vibrant aroma, there’s a subtle hint of sweetness. This is an exceptionally high-quality American-produced sake. Purchased for $17 in a 750ml bottle.
