El Nabeshima Tokubetsu Junmai Namagenshu de Fukuchiyo Shuzou en Kashima, Saga, se embotella sin pasteurizar y sin diluir para la expresión más directa y fiel del sake de arroz puro de esta cervecería galardonada como Campeona en el IWC 2011. Fundada en 1924 en el histórico pueblo cervecero de Hizen Hamashuku, la cervecería produce exclusivamente sake de grado ginjo mediante fermentación larga a baja temperatura y comercializa todos sus productos sin filtración de carbón para una preservación completa del sabor natural.
