Este productor Champion Sake en el IWC 2011, ubicado en la histórica ciudad de parada de Hizen Hamashuku, fermenta exclusivamente hasta el nivel ginjo con fermentación larga a baja temperatura y libera esta expresión sin filtración de carbón, preservando su fragancia natural.
