Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Omachi Namazake de Fukuchiyo Shuzou en Kashima, Saga, combina el Omachi, una antigua variedad de arroz de Okayama apreciada por producir sake complejo y terroso, con la frescura del namazake sin pasteurizar en una expresión de nivel ginjo. De la destilería que ganó el premio Champion Sake en el IWC en 2011, toda la producción es muroka tras una fermentación larga a baja temperatura, preservando la plena profundidad natural de esta celebrada marca de sake.
