Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Nabeshimamai de Fukuchiyo Shuzou en Kashima, Saga, utiliza la denominación de arroz Nabeshimamai, propia de la destilería, para una expresión daiginjo única de este productor galardonado. Fundada en 1924 en la histórica ciudad de parada de Hizen Hamashuku y nombrada Champion Sake en el IWC en 2011, la destilería produce exclusivamente sake de grado ginjo con fermentación larga a baja temperatura y sin filtración de carbón, para la máxima expresión natural del sabor.
