Diseñado específicamente para disfrutarse frío, este honjozo con un 70% de pulido se elabora con el agua de manantial de piedra caliza de Chichibu, rica en minerales, extraída a 130 metros bajo la bodega de Matsuoka Brewing en Saitama. La fermentación a baja temperatura produce un carácter aromático y redondo que la destilería recomienda servir frío como acompañamiento de comidas.
