El Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 % constituye la base de este daiginjo de Kawabata Shuzo en Gyoda, Saitama, que ha ganado medallas de oro consecutivas en el Concurso Nacional de Nuevos Sakés. Muestra aromas ginjo ricos y expresivos, acompañados de un perfil de sabor pleno pero limpio, basado en las aguas subterráneas suaves de las cuencas de los ríos Tone y Arakawa.
