Konkoukashin, cuyo nombre evoca fortuna radiante y autenticidad, es elaborado por Fujita Shuzo en la prefectura de Okayama, una de las principales regiones productoras de sake de Japón. El estilo característico del sake de Okayama, moldeado por las aguas suaves de las montañas de Chugoku y el arroz Omachi y Yamada Nishiki cultivado localmente, tiende hacia un carácter rico y corpulento equilibrado por una acidez limpia y refrescante.
