🍶
Description
Aged for one year at low temperature, this undiluted genshu carries a ricey, yeasty nose with floral lift. The palate is dense and full bodied, showing notes of cooked apple, stewed plum, and cinnamon alongside a velvety texture. Despite an alcohol content near 19 percent, it finishes surprisingly smooth and clean.
