El Kashimagin Ginjo de Kawano Shuzo en Yamaguchi es un sake de grado ginjo procedente de una prefectura con larga tradición cervecera y fuentes de agua subterránea suave. Yamaguchi, en el extremo occidental de Honshu, refleja en su cultura del sake tanto el refinamiento cervecero del oeste de Japón como la influencia marítima de su geografía costera, dando lugar a un ginjo delicado y aromático.
