Kamotsuru Shitoujishikizake Junmaishu Shiboritate es un Junmai recién prensado (shiboritate) de Kamotsuru Shuzo Co., Ltd en Hiroshima, parte de una serie de las cuatro estaciones (shiki) que celebra el ritmo cíclico del año cervecero. Embotellado directamente tras el prensado sin envejecimiento ni pasteurización, captura el carácter crudo e inmediato del sake recién elaborado. El agua blanda de Hiroshima aporta la textura suave y redondeada por la que la destilería es conocida.
