Elaborado en la Yamatogawa Shuzoten de Kitakata, Fukushima, fundada en 1790, este junmai ha obtenido cinco medallas de oro consecutivas en el Kanzake Contest. Arraigado en el programa de cultivo de arroz propio de la cervecería en Aizu, despliega un rico umami que se expande en el paladar y luego retrocede limpiamente, equilibrando sabor y viveza a partes iguales.
