Junmai Daiginjo Fukayashuku Kyu es un daiginjo de arroz puro de Fujihashi Fujisaburo Shoten, una destilería fundada en 1848 en Fukaya City, Saitama, que se inspira en la histórica posta de la carretera Nakasendo de Fukaya-juku.
