Elaborado desde 1919 en Akou, prefectura de Okayama, bajo la marca Jitsugetsu, la bodega describe este sake cotidiano como ligeramente dulce pero limpio en el final, sin retrogusto persistente. El arroz de la región de Bizen y el agua del subsuelo del río Yoshii sustentan su carácter suave y amigable con la comida.
