Haiku está clasificado como un tokubetsu junmai, donde "tokubetsu" significa "especial" y hace referencia al cuidado extra que se pone en la preparación del arroz. El arroz usado para elaborar Haiku se pule hasta el 60 %, un 10 % más que el Traditional junmai. Una fermentación más lenta y cuidadosamente controlada le otorga a Haiku una fragancia elegante y un paladar refinado.

Great easy drinking light table sake

The mouthfeel is gentle and smooth, with a fruity character. The aftertaste carries a distinct aroma of rice. Given that it comes from a major sake brewery, my expectations weren't high, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's delightful to enjoy such high-quality sake at this price.
