Description

El arroz utilizado es Aichi no Kaori, una variedad de arroz de mesa cultivada con esmero por un amigo de la infancia del propietario en su primer arrozal y pulida hasta el 60%. La levadura empleada es única del Centro de Ensayos Alimentarios de Aichi. Este sake es ligeramente seco, pero la frescura del namazake se aprecia claramente. Se recomienda servirlo bien frío o ligeramente fresco.
