Daiginjo elaborado con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40% en Ishii Shuzo en Satte, Saitama, una bodega fundada en 1840. El estilo se caracteriza por un aroma discreto pero elegante, una textura en boca suave y una ligera dulzura con un final limpio y seco. El agua de la llanura fluvial de Saitama y la etiqueta Hatsumidori de la bodega han convertido esto en una de las expresiones premium reconocidas de la prefectura.
