Daiginjo Hanzo Shizukuzake es un Daiginjo prensado por goteo que utiliza Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 %, elaborado artesanalmente en Ota Shuzo en Iga, Mie. El moromi se coloca en bolsas de tela y el sake que gotea de forma natural se recoge, un método que produce una textura delicada y refinada. La edición del año cervecero Reiwa 6 de este estilo ganó el premio de oro en el Concurso Nacional de Nuevos Sakes.
