Un nakadori junmai ginjo de Tochigi, elaborado con arroz Miyama Nishiki pulido al 50 %, prensado por el método shizuku por gravedad y sellado en recipientes to-bin. Solo se utiliza la porción central del prensado, lo que resulta en una expresión densa, redonda y delicadamente dulce, con amargor contenido y acidez limpia.
