Description

Daiginjo elaborado con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 % en esta kura de Chichibu fundada en 1625, con agua de manantial filtrada por caliza de los antiguos estratos geológicos de Chichibu. El pulido premium y la fermentación lenta en frío producen un sake con una fragancia elevada y un paladar amplio, generoso y suave. El Yamada Nishiki a este nivel de pulido ofrece un carácter ginjo contenido y refinado.
