Yamada Nishiki pulido al 55 % es la base de este junmai ginjo de Asahizuru en Sakura, Chiba, prensado con el método tradicional fune para lograr un sake limpio, rico en umami y sin amargor. El aroma ginjo está presente pero contenido, dando paso a un sabor de arroz pleno y una acidez ligera y equilibrada. Un nivel de acidez de 1,4 y un nihonshu-do ligeramente negativo contribuyen al carácter suave y accesible de este sake.
