Yamada Nishiki pulido al 50 % es la base de este daiginjo de Asahizuru en Sakura, Chiba, prensado con el método tradicional fune para extraer un sake limpio y matizado sin defectos. La levadura M310 aporta un aroma gracioso con notas a melón, y el sake termina con una textura suave y refinada en boca. Asahizuru, fundada en 1830, emplea aproximadamente el 80 % de arroz cultivado en Chiba en su gama.
