All Rice Ginjo toma su nombre de un método de elaboración en el que solo se utilizan arroz e ingredientes derivados del arroz: en lugar de añadir alcohol destilado de otras fuentes, se mezcla un shochu de arroz de producción propia, haciendo que cada componente sea de base arrocera. Pulido al 60 %, este ginjo de Fukushima de la Okunomatsu Sake Brewery se elabora con agua de manantial del monte Adatara y ha recibido tres medallas de oro consecutivas de la Monde Selection.
