Este shochu de cebada al 100% se elabora con la variedad local de Oita 'Toyo no Hoshi', cultivada especialmente para el shochu, y se destila a presión normal. Comparado con el Mugi Shochu Nikaido, presenta un aroma más fragante y un sabor más rico. Mezclado con agua fría o caliente, su dulce fragancia se vuelve aún más atractiva.
