Saisonales Winter-Frühlings-Nigori namazake aus Okayama mit glatter, cremiger Textur und einem nihonshu-do von -10, gebraut aus einheimischem Reis mit 73 % Politur. Die Brauerei, gegründet 1893 am Ufer des Azae-Flusses, füllt es ungefiltert und unpasteurisiert mit 17 % Alkohol ab und bewahrt so einen frischen, milchigen Charakter.
