Dieser Sake wird aus reinem Reis und Ome hergestellt und bietet eine Harmonie aus Pflaumenduft und klarem Reiswein. Die Variante 'leicht trocken' verwendet minimalen Zuckerzusatz, während 'Kirito Dry' gänzlich ohne Zucker auskommt.
