Tokumasamune Junmai Ginjo Muroka Daikanshibori Namagenshu ist ein ungefilterter, unverdünnter und unpasteurisierter Junmai Ginjo, der während der großen Winterkälte von Hagiwara Shuzo in Ibaraki gepresst wird. Das Daikanshibori, oder Pressen während der großen Kälteperiode, ergibt einen Sake von außergewöhnlicher Intensität und Frische, der die Vitalität des Winterbrauens auf seinem Höhepunkt einfängt.
