Auf 40% polierter daiginjo einer 1844 gegründeten Brauerei am Fuß des Berges Sarakura, gebraut mit lokal in Itoshima angebautem Yamadanishiki und Sarakura-Bergquellwasser. Durch die traditionelle fusa-tsuri-Methode gepresst, bietet er ein feines Fruchtaroma und einen reinen, klaren Gaumen.
