Description

Kimoto junmai namagenshu, gebraut aus Omachi-Reis, der auf 65% poliert wurde, bei Sanko Masamune in Niimi, Okayama, wo der Reis unmittelbar flussabwärts des Koigakubo-Feuchtgebiets angebaut wird. Die kimoto-Methode und der charakteristisch große shinpaku (stärkehaltige Kern) des Omachi erzeugen einen sake von tiefer, runder Fülle mit komplexer Säure und der Fähigkeit, mit dem Alter weiter zu reifen.
