Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Nabeshimamai von Fukuchiyo Shuzou in Kashima, Saga, verwendet die hauseigene Nabeshimamai-Reisbezeichnung der Brauerei für einen einzigartigen Daiginjo-Ausdruck dieses preisgekrönten Produzenten. 1924 in der historischen Post-Stadt Hizen Hamashuku gegründet und 2011 zum IWC Champion Sake ernannt, produziert die Brauerei ausschließlich Sake in Ginjo-Qualität mit langer Gärung bei niedriger Temperatur und ohne Kohlefiltrierung für maximale natürliche Geschmacksentfaltung.
