Hergestellt von Suzuki Soemon Shuzo in Wakayama mit Yamada Nishiki und lokalem Wasser aus der Nähe des Kumano Kodo-Kulturerbekorridors, zeigt dieser Junmai eine leicht blassgelbe Bernsteinfarbe mit einem feinen Milchsäureton in der Nase. Am Gaumen ist er frisch und mäßig trocken, mit zurückhaltendem Umami und einem sauberen Abgang mit milder Bitterkeit.
