Description

Aramusha Ginkaku honjozo von Kinshimasamune in Fushimi, Kyoto, wird nach der hauseigenen Verflüssigungsmethode der Brauerei gebraut, die 1995 eingeführt wurde und den Reis vor der Gärung in einen Brei verwandelt. Das berühmte Tokiwai-Quellwasser aus Fushimi, das mit 70 Tonnen pro Stunde durch das Brauereigelände fließt, steht im Mittelpunkt dieses honjozo im Kyoto-Stil.
