From the brewery
Ouchi Sake Brewery, a long -established store founded in Meiji 30, has inherited sake brewing that makes use of the original taste of rice. In addition, the obsession with Mr. Bichu's taste, which is not spoiled by the current situation, has led to the Okayama Prefectural Best Award for several years.
