From the brewery
In the Iseya Shoten, Shintaro Kobayashi, the fourth generation, serves as a forest. He studied at the "Sake General Research Institute", an organization in Hiroshima Prefecture, and has been learned again the basics of alcohol from Tajima no Mori (Isamu Okada) from 2002.
We will work hard every day to build our own sake while protecting the traditions built by seniors.
