From the brewery
Founded Genroku Gen (1688). The Hirado feudal lord started making sake with a permission to manufacture sake. Founder Nagaji Fukuda said, "Sake brewing is made with your heart and the wind is raised. ], It has been raised by the culture of Hirado and the technique of sake brewing that has been handed down for generations.
Hirado City, where our company is located, is located in the northwestern part of Nagasaki Prefecture and its administrative areas, and is located at the westernmost tip of Nagasaki Prefecture and mainland Kyushu. The history of Hirado City was old, Japan's first overseas trade port, Portugal, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and prospered as a west capital.
Currently, it is based on the agricultural and fisheries industry, and it is a place where good foods surrounded by all sides gather, and there are abundant agricultural products grown on abundant soil as well as fish and meat.
Hirado City is 8 km east -west and 30 km north -south, and Shisabukicho, which is located, is located at the southernmost tip of Hirado Island, and is a scenic place where you can see Shisabuki Port in front of Mt. Is there.
With the goal of "sake brewing from rice -making", we aim to make a sake brewing that creates sake that can only be made in this rich Hirado and a loved Nagasaki sake.
