Gizaemon

Gizaemon is named in tribute to the seventh-generation master brewer of Wakaebisu Shuzo, founded in 1853 in the castle town of Iga City, Mie Prefecture, a mountain basin where abundant spring water and the cool highland climate set the stage for refined sake production. The junmai ginjo expression uses locally grown rice and more than a dozen yeast types, winning recognition for its wine-like aromatic character and balanced palate.
