The Course
The evening omakase is ¥18,000 (tax included) and consists of 21 courses. A typical menu includes 11 pieces of nigiri, two rolled sushi selections, a seasonal soup, sashimi, three specialty dishes, tamagoyaki, a finishing soup, and dessert. With Edomae nigiri at its heart, the course weaves in seasonal seafood and carefully prepared Japanese dishes, creating a varied progression from the opening dishes through to the final bite.

Sake Highlights
Sake is a natural companion to a course centered around seasonal seafood, sashimi, and Edomae nigiri. Lighter, cleaner styles work beautifully with delicate seafood, while sake with greater depth and umami can complement richer dishes and more intensely flavored nigiri. Enjoying different styles as the course progresses adds another dimension to the experience.
