Ingredients
- Sashimi-grade salmon: 150–200g
- Salt & pepper: to taste
- vegetable oil: a small amount
- ☆ Scallion Sauce
- Scallions (green onions): 4 stalks
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1½ tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Chicken stock powder: ½ tsp
Instructions
- 1Finely chop the scallions. In a bowl, mix them with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chicken stock powder to make the scallion sauce.
- 2Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Lightly oil a pan and sear the surface of the salmon for about 5 seconds on each side.
- 3Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with the scallion sauce, and you’re done!
