The first of Phoenix Mida's premium products. The theme is "sake rice". We use special rice that has been selected from a carefully selected field in the Kato City area of the special A district, mainly in the Yoshida area of Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. I want to be a product that can convey the scenery of the year, the vintage of sake rice, and the thoughts of producers. The taste is moderately ripe, mellow touch, quietly cut after -sales, gentle acid, mature, ginjo -like incense, and the natural sweetness derived from the US. It is wearing the cuteness that disappears.
