Description

Itami Oimatsu Daiginjo is crafted by Itamioimatsu Shuzo in Hyogo Prefecture, the historic birthplace of Japanese sake brewing in the Itami region. The rice is polished to at least 50% or below, and the sake is fermented at low temperatures to develop delicate floral and fruity aromas characteristic of the daiginjo grade.
