
The depth of shochu is determined by the quality and quantity of koji. ``Iichiko Hita Zen-Koji'' is an authentic shochu made with ``all-barley koji preparation'' using only koji as the raw material. We use barley koji* made from high-quality barley and carefully brew it. A fragrant aroma and a deep, gentle taste. Enjoy on the rocks, with water, or with hot water during the cold season. *Uses approximately three times the amount of barley koji (compared to our own)
