With the belief that good sake is a good raw material, we carefully select the most suitable rice varieties and production areas for Tenaka's sake brewing. Aiming for higher quality sake, in recent years, we have been working with a farmer who agree with Tenaka's thoughts, and has been working on brewing that is particular about rice building.
