Wagauji fresh&juicy Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama Genshu Shiro-label utilise du Miyama Nishiki poli à 55 % ainsi que la levure n° 6 et en partie du koji blanc, lui conférant un arôme rafraîchissant de raisin muscat et une acidité proche du vin blanc. Il est mis en bouteille non filtré et non pasteurisé, avec une fraîcheur marquée et une finale vive et nette.
