Un shochu authentique élaboré à partir de la liqueur daiginjo avec du riz brisé issu du polissage. Un vieux sake vieilli pendant 2 à 3 ans avec une faible teneur en matières grasses non désirées a été assemblé pour en affiner le caractère.
