Description

Honjozo brassé avec du Yamada Nishiki en utilisant une eau douce et minérale puisée dans le massif du Yagizo, dans les hauts plateaux reculés d'Oku-Kuji, au nord d'Ibaraki. La brasserie, fondée à l'époque Bunsei de l'ère Edo, poursuit un style propre et léger en corps en polissant le riz à un degré élevé et en s'appuyant uniquement sur son propre personnel sans toji contractuel.
