Fu-Ki est un sake junmai élaboré à partir de riz cultivé au soleil et d'eau de puits japonaise pure, fermentée naturellement sans ajout d'alcool distillé. Des arômes de pomme verte, de vanille, de pêche et de fleurs blanches précèdent un palais riche, doux et légèrement sucré, avec une finale chaleureuse. Son nom signifie riche et noble.
