Yuushun de KK Hattorihonkeshuzoujou en Okayama se elabora en una prefectura bien conocida por la producción de arroz para sake de alta calidad, especialmente las variedades Omachi y Akibare. El clima relativamente suave de Okayama y el acceso a granos de calidad dan a las cervecerías locales una sólida base para producir sake con un cuerpo bien desarrollado y un final limpio y prolongado.
