Nigori namazake de temporada invernal y primaveral de Okayama, con una textura suave y cremosa y un nihonshu-do de -10, elaborado con arroz doméstico pulido al 73 %. La bodega, fundada en 1893 a orillas del río Azae, lo embotella sin filtrar y sin pasteurizar al 17 % de alcohol, preservando un carácter fresco y lechoso.
