Junmai daiginjo pulido al 50%, parte de una serie de recuerdos de estaciones termales que muestran el patrimonio cervecero de Yamagata. Elaborado en una destilería fundada en 1797 en Kahoku-cho con agua suave del monte Gassan, ejemplifica el estilo delicado y limpio por el que es conocida la casa.
