Este sake se elabora con arroz puro y Ome, ofreciendo una armonía entre el aroma de las ciruelas y la pureza del sake de arroz. La versión 'ligeramente seco' utiliza un mínimo de azúcar, mientras que 'Kirito Dry' no contiene ninguno.
